After completing the SBS assessments also have a 1 year subscription to Technet on-line.</p> <p>We are using CRM 3.0 SBE on our SBS server and would like to start using the Portal product from c360 to allow our client&#39;s to access service information about their open cases via our website. I understand that we need the external connector from MS (License only - no software required) but I understand this has a flat cost of about $15K. As we only have three technicians there is no way we can even consider this outlay.
