&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I would contact Microsoft Support for this.&amp;nbsp; One of several things is happening:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) This is an OEM copy of Office and the key is tied to the OEM bios and the new PC does not have the same BIOS&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) There is a problem with your key and activation, e.g. it thinks you have installed it on one PC and will not let you install on a 2nd PC.&amp;nbsp; You need to ensure you have unloaded it from the 1st PC and then talk to the activation team about it&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3) Some other nasty thing is happening.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The acitvation and / or support teams can help you out.&lt;/P&gt;
