I've just installed SBS 2008 Standard and two things I have noticed, one the admin account you create as part of the install, is not in the administators group is this normal? As on 2008, the domain admin account doesnt have to accept UAC prompts to access everything and on folder permissions, I moved the Exchange data location using the wizard, of which works fine, but again the created admin account does not have access to these folders as its not a member of the administrators group, is this by design and will it affect anything else such as backups?

Thanks

Andy

Andy,

this is by design - you wan't to be logged in as admin as little as possible :-)

thanks
